Believe it or not a microwave holds a lot of very useful parts that are hidden just beneath the casing. It's very easy to get the uncommon parts, so go and get yourself a microwave!
WARNING:
If you take apart a microwave like I did, make sure it is unplugged and no current is going through it before you start. The capacitor can deliver a lethal shock so be very careful when handling it. You can defuse it by shorting out the terminals on each side. But do so wearing gloves.
